The personal information provided will be used by Council and its contracted service providers in servicing your application for kindergarten and related services in line with the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010. Your information will be stored in Council’s Customer Database and used to identify you when communicating with Council. Your information will be shared with authorised Officers from State and/or Commonwealth Departments as required and with participating centres for the allocation of placements, when required, as Council administers the registration system on behalf of participating centres.
